Nightguards

Due to stress, anxiety, malocclusion, jaw disorders, airway issues or sleep disorders, many people grind or clench their teeth at night.  Called bruxism, grinding your teeth can cause damage to your teeth and restorations, pain in your jaw, headaches and other dental problems.  In these cases, a nightguard is recommended to protect the teeth and muscles while you are sleeping.

In order to get fit for a nightguard, we will take impressions of your teeth and measure how your jaw comes together.  This information is sent to the dental lab where they will make a nightguard to fit your individual mouth.
